The Role
We are hiring a Senior ML / AI Engineer to design and scale the intelligence layer behind AZcare. You will own core systems for search, ranking, retrieval, and knowledge discovery that determine how the platform understands intent, represents expertise, and drives high-quality execution.

What You Will Do

• Build ML systems for information retrieval, ranking, and recommendations

• Develop semantic search and knowledge discovery pipelines across research, publications, and expert datasets

• Create AI-driven workflows that surface unbiased, high-signal, contextually relevant results

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain advisors to ensure accuracy and trustworthiness

• Optimize models for performance, explainability, and responsible use in high-stakes contexts

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years in ML, AI, search, NLP, or large-scale data systems

• Experience shipping models into production environments

• Python, modern ML frameworks, embeddings, and ranking systems

• Bonus: experience with scientific data, research-heavy domains, life sciences, or regulated environments
